Launching and Powering Infrastructure at Concero and Lanca: Logic & Verified Data

Concero is a next-generation modular cross-chain messaging protocol designed to unite blockchains through a single, decentralized data transmission layer. Its first major integration is Lanca — a decentralized solution for transferring assets across multiple networks.

Both projects are ambitious and technically complex. Their non-standard architectures require precise tuning of protocol logic, validator coordination, and infrastructure reliability. HighTower Studio acted not merely as an RPC or DevOps provider — we took responsibility for infrastructure design, implementation, validator testing, analytics, and community-facing technical support.

Overview: How Concero and Lanca Work

Concero V2 separates messaging from bridging. The protocol focuses exclusively on secure and verifiable message delivery, providing:

  • Data authenticity through signatures from independent validator nodes
  • Modular architecture where each system component operates independently
  • Decentralization with governance controlled by validators

Lanca, built on top of Concero, functions as:

  • A universal cross-chain swap aggregator
  • An IOU-based liquidity rebalancing system
  • A mechanism to execute cross-chain asset swaps in seconds — without bridges or wrapped assets

HighTower Platform’s Role

RPC Environment Deployment for Concero V2 Testnet

We delivered a stable and scalable RPC infrastructure for Concero’s testnets, including:

  • Multi-network support (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Polygon, and others)
  • Real-time monitoring and event logging
  • Developer and user access via HighTower-managed RPC endpoints

Validator Node Capability Testing (Symbiotic)

Validator Testing

We conducted extensive testing of validator nodes within the Symbiotic architecture:

  • Assessed stability and performance under live conditions
  • Produced detailed reports on startup requirements and operational constraints
  • Provided technical feedback to improve validator logic and slashing conditions

Further details were published in a separate technical article.

Relayer Logic & Data Verification Infrastructure

Relayer Architecture

HighTower contributed to the design and validation of Concero’s relayer logic, including:

  • Event processing from multiple chains via RPC
  • Message packet construction and signing flows
  • Transaction state verification and challenge-window logic
  • Sequential data verification prior to delivery on the destination chain

This ensured that only verified, finalized data was propagated across networks.

Network Launch Data Collection & Analysis

Network Analytics

We developed a structured methodology for evaluating network launches:

  • Classification of failure cases (validator errors, low staking, incentive misalignment)
  • Analysis of decentralization models in early-stage networks
  • Design of validator selection frameworks and incentive mechanisms
  • Creation of internal databases and visual dashboards tracking network performance

Media & Partner Support

Community & Media Support

On the communications and ecosystem side, HighTower supported Concero and Lanca by:

  • Launching and joining AMAs as an infrastructure consulting partner
  • Conducting in-depth technical research and presenting it to the community
  • Generating talking points and thought pieces to drive ecosystem growth
  • Supporting community campaigns, testnet quests, CER distribution, and trial swaps

Supporting Verified Data & Decentralization

As both an infrastructure and research partner, we focused on:

  • Designing validator incentive models that promote honest behavior
  • Preserving decentralization without sacrificing data reliability

Concero and Lanca demonstrate that cross-chain systems can be fast, user-friendly, and decentralized simultaneously. However, without robust infrastructure, structured relayer logic, validator analytics, and launch support, no messaging protocol can succeed.

Conclusion

HighTower Platform became the technical backbone enabling Concero to evolve into a fully operational multi-network messaging system, and allowing Lanca to launch as a production-ready cross-chain solution.

We continue to support both projects with infrastructure, research, and analytics — ensuring reliability, scalability, and long-term ecosystem growth.
